Here's a terrific little article I stumbled upon by J. Eric Wilson from TempurPedic, Inc. It's called My Dog Ate My Homework!! and it's an interesting narrative about how forecasters sometimes spend more time making excuses than they do making real improvements to their processes. Enjoy!
